Sign in with the email address and password used at registration. If the credentials are rejected, the password reset process is set out below, and the diagnostic table further down covers the errors that are not password-related — locked accounts, geolocation mismatches and reviews in progress. Live chat runs around the clock for anything the page does not resolve.
Signing In on Desktop and Phone
Desktop. Select LOG IN in the site header, enter the registered email address and password, and confirm. The Keep me logged in option persists the session on that device — it should not be used on a shared or public computer.
Mobile browser. The same sequence applies. The header collapses into a menu icon on narrow screens, with the login control inside it.
Installed web app. Casino Extreme runs as an installable progressive web app rather than a native application. The installed app maintains its own session, separate from the browser it was installed from. Signing in through Safari or Chrome does not sign the app in, which is the usual explanation for being asked to log in again immediately after doing so. Installation instructions are on the mobile page.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
- Select Forgot password? beneath the login form.
- Enter the email address the account was registered with. A reset link is sent to it.
- Open the link and set a new password. The link expires, so it should be used promptly rather than saved for later.
If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check the spam and promotions folders, and confirm the address entered is the one used at registration rather than a similar one. Some corporate and institutional mail servers reject automated messages from gambling domains outright, in which case no amount of resending will deliver it.
When the Registered Inbox Is Gone
Losing access to the registered email address is a more serious problem than a forgotten password, because withdrawal requests are confirmed by email and cannot be completed without it. A balance can effectively become unreachable.
Changing the address on file requires a support request and proof of identity — it is not a self-service setting. That requirement exists for a specific reason: an attacker who could redirect account email to an inbox they control could confirm withdrawals to their own wallet. The check protects the balance rather than obstructing access to it. Contact support with the account username, the old and new addresses, and the identity documents already on file, and expect the request to take longer than a password reset.
Diagnosing a Failed Sign-In
| What appears | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid credentials | Wrong password, or a different email address than the one registered | Use the reset link. If the address is also uncertain, contact support with the account username |
| Sign-in works, cashier refuses a deposit and reports an unexpected region | Geolocation has resolved incorrectly, an intermittent issue reported more often on mobile networks and at certain times of day | Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi and retry, then report it to support with a timestamp. Do not use a VPN — altering detected location breaches the terms and can void a balance |
| Account temporarily unavailable | A review is in progress, often linked to outstanding verification or a payout under examination | Contact support. Access returns once the review closes; the balance is unaffected |
| Account closed | Self-exclusion, or closure requested previously | See below. A self-excluded account is not reopened on request |
| Login succeeds, live chat unavailable | Chat is available to signed-in account holders and can queue at peak times | Wait for the queue, or email [email protected] |
| Repeated sign-in prompts in the installed app | The web app holds a session separate from the browser | Sign in once inside the app itself; the session then persists there |
A self-exclusion cannot be lifted by asking. That is the point of the mechanism — a restriction that could be reversed during a difficult moment would offer no protection at all. Anyone who has excluded and finds themselves seeking access again should treat that impulse as information and speak to ConnexOntario or Gamblers Anonymous, both free and confidential.
Protecting the Account
- Use a unique password. Credentials reused from another site are the most common route into gambling accounts, because breaches elsewhere put them into circulation.
- Sign out on shared devices and leave Keep me logged in unticked on anything not personally owned.
- Treat unexpected messages with suspicion. Casino Extreme does not request passwords by email or chat. Links in unsolicited messages should be ignored; the site should be reached by typing the address directly, particularly given the number of imitation domains targeting this brand.
- Keep the registered inbox secure and accessible. It is the confirmation channel for every withdrawal.
Casino Extreme currently protects accounts with encrypted connections and email confirmation on payouts. Two-factor authentication is not offered. That is a real gap against operators that provide it, and it makes password hygiene and inbox security the primary defence rather than a secondary one. Anyone concerned about spending rather than security should review the deposit limits and self-exclusion options described on the deposit page.
Access Questions Players Ask Most
Why can't I log in to Casino Extreme?
The usual cause is a password or email mismatch, resolved by the reset link under the login form. If credentials are correct, the account may be under review pending verification or a payout check, or it may have been closed by a previous self-exclusion request. A separate scenario is signing in through the installed web app, which holds its own session independent of the browser and needs its own sign-in.
How do I change the email on my account?
Through support, with proof of identity — it is not a self-service setting. Contact [email protected] with the account username, the old and new addresses, and confirmation of the documents already on file. The check exists because withdrawals are confirmed by email, and an unverified address change would let an attacker approve payouts to their own account.
Why does the site show the wrong location?
Geolocation occasionally resolves to the wrong region, most often on mobile networks, and the cashier will block a deposit as a result. Switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi and retrying resolves it in most cases; otherwise report it to support with a timestamp. A VPN or proxy must not be used to correct it — altering the detected location breaches the terms and is itself grounds for voiding a balance.
Can I reopen a self-excluded account?
No. Self-exclusion is not reversed on request, because a restriction that could be lifted in a moment of pressure would provide no protection. Note also that an exclusion at Casino Extreme does not extend to Brango, the sister brand run by the same operator, and that iGaming Ontario's centralised self-exclusion programme covers Ontario-registered sites only. Confidential support is available from ConnexOntario and Gamblers Anonymous.
19+The legal gambling age is 19 in most Canadian provinces and territories, and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Casino Extreme is not registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and holds no agreement with iGaming Ontario, so residents of Ontario cannot hold an account or claim promotions. This page carries partner links and is an independent reference guide, not a gambling operator. Figures are drawn from published operator terms and were compiled 3 August 2026; verify current values in the cashier before acting on them.
